Designed for performance and durability, our process-quality ball valves have features which make them widely compatible and easy to install. Available in both stainless steel and carbon steel materials and several seat materials. Some options include CRN, API, NACE, ISO, MSS, ASME, DIN AND ASTM. Services offered are oxygen cleaning, silicone free cleaning as well as oil free cleaning in an industry certified facility.

High Purity Hygienic Series Valves

CleanFLOW™ ball valves by SVF Flow Controls are true process components, specifically engineered to meet the demanding requirements of pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, cosmetics, food & beverage and other industries where particle generation and contamination can threaten the outcome of processing. All CleanFLOW™ ball valves are available with controlled delta-ferrite chemistry.

High Pressure Series

High Pressure applications require precision engineering, rugged construction and special features for advanced performance and safety. OS&B™ Industrial offers a full range of high-pressure valves for all high-pressure applications that include hydraulics, steam, oxygen, vacuum and thermal fluids. Available in both stainless steel and carbon steel materials and several seat materials. Available options include CRN, API, NACE, ISO, MSS, ASME, DIN, SAE, BPE AND ASTM. Services offered are oxygen cleaning, silicone free cleaning as well as oil free cleaning in an industry certified facility.

Flanged Series

OS&B™ Industrial offer a wide selection of stainless and carbon steel flanged ball valves. Standard offerings are 150# and 300#. Most models are available with an ISO5211 direct mounting pad for easy actuation. Also, we offer API certifications as well as Canadian Registration Number for all of Canada. We cover a variety of applications from food and beverage to oil and gas. Available options include, CRN, Design - ASME B16.34, NACE MR 0175, Face to Face: ASME B16.10, End Flange: ASME B16.5, Wall Thickness: ASME B16.34, Inspection & Testing: API 598 and Fire Safe: API 607, ISO 10497. Services offered are oxygen cleaning, silicone free cleaning as well as oil free cleaning in an industry certified facility.

Specialty Valve Series

OS&B™ Industrial offers a family of exotic alloy products designed for demanding applications. These process-quality, high performance valves are engineered and manufactured to meet applications requiring all wetted metal parts to be Alloy 20, Monel or Hastelloy. Engineered to meet all of the industry standards for quality and high performance, these valves feature rich design, safety, reliability and superior performance to any process control system. Valves designed for extreme or hazardous service. Available options are ISO, CRN and Dry Chlorine applications. Services offered are oxygen cleaning, silicone free cleaning as well as oil free cleaning in an industry certified facility.

Brass Series

OS&B™ Industrial offer their own brand of high-quality brass ball valves. These valves are available in different end connections, threaded, socket weld and press ends. We also have these valves available in Lead Free for potable drinking water applications. Our standard brass valves are UL/FM approved up to 2" and all sizes are CSA/CGA 3.16 approved for low pressure gas and have a Canadian Registration Number. Our brass valves are rated 600 WOG, 125 WSP. Available options are locking handles, oval handles and stem extensions. Services offered are oxygen cleaning, silicone free cleaning as well as oil free cleaning in an industry certified facility.

Actuators and Controls

OS&B™ Industrial has a wide offering of pneumatic and electric actuators. The pneumatics are available in double acting and spring return with torque ranges from 60 in-lbs up to 75,000 in-lbs. We over 12, 24, 120 and 240 volts with our electric actuators in both on/off and spring return configurations. Available add-ons include solenoid pilot valves, limit switches, and positioners. We are your one stop automation company.

Butterfly Valve Series

OS&B™ Industrial has their own line of butterfly valves. We offer them in ductile iron, 150#, sizes 2" to 24" both lug and wafer body patterns. All are NSF approved for potable water and carry a Canadian Registration Number. We have standardized on ISO5211 mounting pad with a square stem for easy automation. Also available are High Performance Butterfly Valves (HPBV) in both 150# and 300# in stainless and carbon steel bodies. These too have an ISO5211 mounting pad and square stem for automation. All OS&B™ butterfly valves have API firesafe approvals.
